FIA is a non-profit self-regulating organisation for role players and investors
in the spot forex market. The FIA is a recognised representative Body with
delegated powers from the Financial Services Board
in terms of the FAIS Act. The FIA assists the FSB with the registration and
licensing of service providers in the forex investment industry. |

constitution it is a legal person in own right with full contractual powers.
The FIA is managed by an Executive Committee duly appointed by a representative
meeting of forex investment industry participants during June 2002. |
